Meditation, Yoga and Well-Being Retreat

Naturist meditation and well-being day retreat  – open to both members and non-members.

 

9.30 am – 4.30 pm £10.00 per person – please book with Yvonne (Soup & light sandwich lunch)

Meditation – balancing mind and body to find inner peace and a sense of belonging and connection in the present moment.

Come and join on our mediation day retreat, all welcome.

We have experienced meditation teachers working with a variety of meditations, suitable for beginners, intermediates and advanced practitioners.
